CEO Head Coach

Kevin Bullock was born and raised in Baltimore and graduated from Carver Vocational Technical High School in 1988. Bullock was a three letterman starring in Baseball, Basketball and Football and earned the Most Athletic Award of his graduating class. He later attended Essex Community College to play baseball for the Knights. Bullock always had a love for basketball but pursued his interest in baseball. After playing 10 years of semi-pro baseball, he turned his attention to coaching and training the game of basketball. In 1997, he returned to his alma mater and was the head assistant to Duerce Jackson, his former High School coach. In 1998 he was offered a position at New Song Middle School as the Athletic Director and Head Coach of the Boys and Girls Basketball Program. There, he built a girls program that was very successful which motivated him to pursue coaching seriously.

In 2002 he moved to Charlotte, NC. to further his education at Central Piedmont and to pursue his coaching career. While in Charlotte he worked closely with Baltimore native Demon Brown, Point Guard of the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. In Charlotte he gained a wealth of experience and mentoring from the UNC- Charlotte Basketball Staff.

In 2004 , he returned to Baltimore and started Premier Basketball Training; which is a program that helps kids develop basketball skills to compete on an elite level. At this time he also worked with Kim Rivers, former coach of Randallstown High School with his Boys Basketball Program as a Skills Trainer. Through his years working with the program, the team had four straight appearances to the state finals winning three of the four titles.

During this time he also was the head coach of Pikesville Premier Boys AAU program in which in their first year, finished third in the Maryland State Tournament and earned a bid to the AAU Division I National Tournament in Tennessee.

In 2008, he gained experience coaching as an assistant at the post grad level with Queen City Prep in Charlotte, NC.

Currently, Bullock is the Skills Trainer for the Boys Basketball Program at St. Francis Academy in Baltimore and the Chairman of the Charm City Lightning Girls AAU Program. He also serves as the Director of the Under Armour Elite Girls I95 Challenge.

Bullock is considered one of the best Skill Developers in the Mid- Atlantic Region. His involvement with  youth has had an enormous impact in kids continuing their education through basketball. Since returning home, he has worked with numerous kids, serving as a trainer, coach and mentor to many of our local professional, college, high school and AAU basketball players. He has volunteered with multiple AAU programs, most notably Baltimore Select and Team Melo.

Kevin has a 17 year old son, Dominique who plays varsity basketball at Valdosta High School in Valdosta, GA.


Deron Harding In August 2010, Coach Harding became the Varsity Boys Head Coach  at Mervo High School.  Coach Harding prides himself on building a program with focus on academics and teaching the game of basketball. “Coaching is affording me the opportunity to mentor and develop great young men”.

Coach Harding started his coaching career while attending Shaw University (Raleigh, NC) in which he was an assistant coach on the Shaw University Intramurals basketball travel team after 2 seasons as a walk on for the men’s basketball team.  He helped the Intramural team reach the Elite 8 of the NCAA Intramurals Championship during the 1999-2000 season.  In 2002 he relocated to Baltimore, Maryland where he was an assistant coach at Cardinal Gibbons under the direction of the late Coach Bob Flynn.  At Cardinal Gibbons he was responsible for the development of guards and scouting .  In 2004 he joined Coach Kim Rivers at Randallstown High School as an assistant coach on the varsity. He later became the head coach for the JV team. There he coached current University of DePaul  PG Brandon Young and assisted with varsity duties.  Coach Harding helped Randallstown to 3 consecutive Maryland State

Championships (’05,’06,’07), then later he joined Coach Kim Rivers at Shiloh High School (Snellville, GA) to help build the program.


Coach Harding has worked at several camps including Coach Wooten’s Camp and Prep All-Stars.  During his coaching tenure Coach Harding has worked with 10 players that received Division I scholarships and several players at the Division II and III levels.

Coach Harding earned his Bachelor’s degree in 1999 from Shaw University in Raleigh, NC.
